I got new electric rads installed today. DIY job. But, 2 work on a timer set in the fuse box. There were storage heaters previously. I'll have to get an electrician. Any electricians out there know if this is a tough job? Can this part of the fuse box get set back to the mains?

It's classism & something makes people think sounding like a S Dub makes them easier to understand & taken more seriously. I work in tech with these accents in abundance. Have me as I am or not at all. If ya think I sound thick well that's a you issue. People need to stop watering themselves down.

Came across a Tiktok about Midlands people having a D4 accent. People are blaming living, working or going to college in Dublin. Lads, I'm here over 6 years. I still sound like a Laois woman. Going S Dub is a choice I'm afraid to sound posh. You don't hear of people inheriting a N Dub accent.

When she accepted the award and after the ceremony her dress didn't hold up. The fabric choice and the fabric wearing well throughout a night where you're going to be seated, will be photographed and accepting an award it's the least to expect from a big fashion house like Dior.

She said she was overwhelmed by the vast crowds at Electric Picnic and was taking a moment to stand back and watch from a distance. I appreciated that honesty because it is a mad place. She seemed very warm and genuinely interested in the conversation.
