This building in downtown Little Rock at 212 Center Street stands by itself.

It was designed by architect George Man in the early 1900s. George Man was a prolific architect in Little Rock design designing most of its building buildings and most of the suburb of Pulaski Heights, which remains one of the most segregated neighborhoods in the US.
