This is great news, especially for those who rent and cannot install perm ones on their roofs or have roofs that face in less than ideal directions but possibly a window part of the garden facing in the right. They also need to bring in the low/0% loans for all though for perm installations.

Missed the aurora on Monday night due to 🌧️ but managed to catch a faint red and green glow to the eye last night so grabbed the @omsystem.bsky.social camera out. While it’s been a busy couple of years, seeing it in the South west of the UK is still pretty rare. Still amazed every time it shows.

@octopus.energy I’ve seen lots of noise over the IOG fair usage policy being integrated as a key term on how charges are done. Are you speaking to charger manufacturers to stop them throttling charges? I’ve seen my Zappi charging our car at 6kw multiple times and nothing I have done to cause this.

I feel it’s too little too late for many, especially after yesterdays reform nugget over benefits. I can’t recall another time in my lifetime where the UK was so divided. I feel like a political orphan as believe Starmer and Reeves are no good but don’t want Farage and his trope in either.

Thank you Jo! My assumption only went as far as it being a hermit crab, the hairy legs are certainly unique! I love that it looks like there are barnacles that have also made themselves at home on his shell.

I’d never seen a cowrie shell that wasn’t a decorative item so I may have got a little excited when I spotted this tucked in the rocks on a slope, especially when I realised they’re actually naturally shiny! 🤣 I don’t know if anything was living inside as I didn’t dare disturb it 🦑 #marinelife

Given the shape of the fin I’d agree on eagle ray. The only other spotted creature I can think of would that would be a possibility would be whale shark but the pattern of spots is wrong and it looks like the wrong shape for a whale shark dorsal fin.

Just looked it up, the teeth on those things!!! I think I’m rather glad they’re rare in the UK, at the moment the only sealife I see at our home dive sites as big as me are congers and they look more like puppies when they’re tucked away in their holes.
