I grew up in one of the nations below; I’ve seen firsthand the effects of US meddling. It’s a horrorshow. Especially for the poor; the indigenous; the campesinos. It’s always bloody when military juntas & death squads are involved (we trained them: Google ‘School of the Americas’).

Amost 10 years ago, I was proud to stand between an Iraqi & a Filipino (I'm UK- born), raise my hand, & swear to support & defend the US Constitution--#NewUSCitizen! Under Trump, people from 19 nations--w/the same exhaustive background checks, exams, & fees--are now turned away. Heartbreaking.

Pretty much, yeah. The first photo is how the Rose Garden looked before Melania tore out the crab apple trees and tulip beds (or rather, ordered a crew to tear them out). Jackie Kennedy worked with Bunny Mellon to design that beautiful garden. The second pic shows what Mel's axe accomplished 😢.
