Had the perfect dinner at Prime Catch. If you never had Branzino, try it. It’s a Mediterranean Seabass, delicate white fish. This one perfectly grilled, with fingerling potatoes, grilled baby peppers and chard.

I thought I took out a steak from the freezer and turns out it was lamb chops! Grilled greek inspired lamb chops, potatoes and string beans in garlicky olive oil, caprese salad, dressed with olive oil , basil, mint, parsley, garlic. Hub made bread in the bread machine, delicious!

Sandwich night with an elevated cheesesteak sandwich. Fried up floured eggplant slices, roast beef, capocolla ( a little heat for me) and topped it off with provolone on hoagie roll and placed under the broiler till melted. Au jus on the side. Sorry hard to photograph.

Decided to go meatless tonight. Had some beautiful Campari tomatoes and turned them into a cream of tomato soup with a potato, onion and broccoli Frittata. Would have been nice to have a salad but I didn’t want to take a chance, considering they still don’t have a handle on the outbreak.

Some pairings go together so well. Sausage and Rapini are one. Didn’t have Orecchiette pasta, so I used shells with Rapini in garlicy olive oil, topped with pecorino.
