I've now lost my ability to visualize ANYTHING in my "Mind's Eye". I used to be able to visualize sheep jumping over a fence etc. Now I can't bring up a single image. "Aphantasia" can be brought on by high stress, which I think is the culprit here. Does anyone else suffer from this? #meditation
