Lisa Kelly - "A Map Towards Fluency" (Carcanet Press, 2019)
Nella poesia «Ø», Lisa Kelly intreccia con raffinata sensibilità la riflessione sulla lingua, l’identità e la perdita, offrendo un testo stratificato e profondamente poetico.

Cycling past a charity shop I stopped to look for a ladder or shelf for plants. I found one for 25. The sales person said it wasn't heavy. I picked it up and it was v. heavy. She said, 'You can take the bus'. I said, 'I'm on my bike'. She said, 'Fetch it later for 20.' Deal. I liked her persistence.

Is this the most dirt BBC News could get on Rachel Reeves for breaking expenses limits. "Receipts show that gifts bought by Reeves at Christmas 2008 included a £49 handbag for her PA, while she herself received £55 worth of wine from her boss." And the blurred picture as if from MI5 files.
