I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, but I’ve been working on a project. After 65 hours of integration, my largest and longest astro image to date is finally complete. This is a 4-panel mosaic of the Fighting Dragons of Ara 🐉🔥 #Astrophotography #nebula #NGC6188 #FightingDragonsOfAra #tasmania

I used the Seestar S50’s mosaic mode and planner last night for the first time. Was very pleased with the results. I also had a plan in PIX with the data…#Astrophotography #seestar #orion #m42

Gum 15 (center) located ~3000 light years away in the constellation Vela. The Gum catalog consists of 84 emission nebulae in the southern sky and was made by astronomer Colin Stanley Gum (1924 - 1960). Captured with the ASI533MC and Samyang 135mm lens. #astrophotograph

My latest iteration of M17 aka the Omega Nebula in SHO. Located about 5,000 light-years away in Sagittarius. Swipe to compare 2024 and 2022 versions—it’s interesting to see how processing techniques evolve over time. #M17 #OmegaNebula #Astrophotography #Astronomy #Nebula

Captured M16 aka the Eagle Nebula, processed in the classic SHO palette. Hubble might have made it famous, but here's my humble take. CS! 🤩 #Tasmania #astrophotography #space #nebula #galaxy #darksky

Captured this stunning view of NGC 3576 aka ‘Statue of Liberty’ from my backyard, using a mix of Ha data and OSC! Keep your feet on the ground and eyes on the sky. 👣✨ #tasmania #astrophotography #celestron #skywatcher #asi533mc #space #nebula #galaxy #darksky
