Inaugural cohort for my study abroad in Spain is full. Students will complete 30 hours of training in GIS & spatial demography with the Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales in Madrid followed by fieldwork in Seville, Córdoba, & Cádiz. Excited to expand our population science curriculum abroad!

Tip when learning web scraping in R: start with something you can hand-check, like a movie with a small cast. It's surprisingly easy with tidy and rvest (example ⬇️). Once you get the hang of it, you can move on to more interesting use cases 😊
