Yeah that's my big hesitation - I'd really only be doing it for validation. My support needs are definitely low, so probably would not request accommodations at work or anything. But it might be nice to have that in my back pocket if the need arises? And also, validation is important in itself!

Ok cool thanks for the info! I'm mostly confident in my self diagnosis but wondering if it's worth the effort/money for the formal diagnosis. I don't see a therapist currently so sounds like that's a good place to start! Thank you!
