Max from Tesla responds, as a swede, I think it’s important for tesla to play by the local laws, but this is actually really stupid. Tesla chargers are open for all, and as you can see in the video, many EV’s charging are not Teslas.

This is pure madness: In Sweden, over 200 Teslas are stuck in charging queues as families return from their ski holidays This is happening despite the presence of 35 brand-new Supercharging stations Why? They are offline due to an ongoing union blockade against Tesla in Sweden
