Linus Benkner @linu.us · 14/09/2025Polymorphic relations + React components = 🚀 In PlanSights, you can now attach files to projects, epics, tasks, and companies. Polymorphic relationships are great for this! There is only one Attachment model that is used everywhere you can attach a file, and the UI is one reusable React component. 000

Linus Benkner @linu.us · 18/07/2025NO GITHUB WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS this was by far the best and fastest way to navigate around 😭 020
Linus Benkner @linu.us · 17/07/2025TIL you can create spaces on GitHub Copilot web: - Create a space on github.com/copilot/spaces - You can add repositories as context - Custom instructions You now have an internal AI assistant for internal packages, with company guidelines, etc.. And they can be shared org-wide! 000
Linus Benkner @linu.us · 16/07/2025that's wild: you can assign Copilot to an issue on GitHub, and it will automatically create a PR to solve it. When it's done, you can review it and leave comments. Copilot then tries to fix them with new commits to the PR. Once you're happy, merge it. Worked great so far! 🔥 000
Linus Benkner @linu.us · 14/07/2025What a great event - so many interesting talks, people, and companies ✨ 100
Linus Benkner @linu.us · 11/07/2025Very interesting to see how AI Coding Agents sometimes recover and fix errors the agent itself created, without human intervention. MCP servers and command line access are a game-changer for AI tools. They have superpowers now! 😄 #WeAreDevs 100

Linus Benkner @linu.us · 13/06/2025...this is the code needed to verify the signature in your controller method. Note that this verification will fail if you have more get parameters. They can be ignored using the `hasValidSignatureWhileIgnoring` method. Docs: laravel.com/docs/12.x/u... 000
Linus Benkner @linu.us · 13/06/2025Just learned that Laravel offers temporary signed routes out of the box! It's an easy way to create a link that is only accessible for a specific period of time.
