A FEW REMINDERS: 1. From now on you need to always have Voicemeeter open on your desktop! 2. Don’t forget to remove your music from your VODs again! I forgot to do that when I set mine up 🤭

110

Linny 👾🐸 @linnykindrex.bsky.social · 21/10/2024

Once you’ve followed the instructions and set up all your audio, then you should be good to go! No more crackling 🎉 Since doing this I’ve had no issues with annoying crackling when I’m streaming :3

120

Linny 👾🐸 @linnykindrex.bsky.social · 21/10/2024

The easiest replacement for this is capturing all of your audio through Voicemeeter! the app itself can look super intimidating, but i promise it’s not once you get the hang of it! I followed this video when setting it up: youtu.be/XD9sWOjITYU?...

Firstly, why is this happening? Well, apparently OBS’s built in audio capture system doesn’t work with Ryzen CPU’s specifically…and they’ve never fixed it 🙃 so I guess until they fix it, here’s what you have to do:

Linny 👾🐸 @linnykindrex.bsky.social · 21/10/2024

Do you use OBS and have issues with your game or music audio randomly crackling while you’re streaming? Well, so did I, but I have a solution for you!! It’s an easy and FREE fix! I’ll show you how: 🧵
