It turns out the water had worn a big hole in the wall and water is still trickling through from the heavy rain outside. They're going to plug it with cement. Haven't yet had our sidewalk fixed, or the city fix the road. 110

Now repairing: water damaged basement, basement drainage system, sidewalk. $20k+ All because the city didn't respond to a report of a forming sinkhole and a hole opened up along the curb. 110
