But yeah, dbcache.txt is the only file you really need to be careful of, one could probably make a script to run that clears out the folder pretty easily to keep it from building up

When you update Nvidia, you can choose Custom Installation and select for the old version to be deleted

As for why they aren't automatically deleted, its not uncommon for programs to just not clean up temporary files, which can be annoying

Not a CSP user but I am a computer nerd, after doin a little googling, the folder is most likely a RAM dump to back up saves or load files faster. Looks like the only really important file is dbcache.txt and the others are safe to remove, may want to keep the newer files just to be safe though
