Every year I put my Dad’s Christmas tree up, I laugh and cry when I get to these baubles. They are from the year my Mam decided we would have no tree. I wasn’t interested in a tree-less Christmas. So I took her rubber-tree plant and Christmassed it up with disco balls and fuzzy red stick on balls.

What else would one be doing on the run up to Christmas other than spending an entire day at a Cheerleading competition.
