From earlier the same day, XPT 2015 passing Macdonaldtown (messed up the focus here, whoops!)
An out-of-focus image showing XPT power car number 2015 in motion, pulling three visible cars, passing under steel gantries. The power car's distinctive blue, white and yellow livery is clearly visible but the details are unclear owing to the soft focus. Surrounding railway infrastructure, overhead wires, signals, and trackside graffiti-covered walls are partially visible, along with multiple other tracks. The sky is fairly blown out and appears overcast.

T42 in the rain at Beecroft on Platform 2, heading down. #photography #transit #trains #sydneytrains
A suburban "Tangara" train stopped at a station during heavy rainfall. The platform surface is wet, reflecting the rain and creating a glossy appearance. Raindrops are clearly visible, splashing on the ground and causing a misty spray around the train. The train has bright yellow doors that are open, showing the inside the carriage where a few passengers can be seen seated or standing. Trees surround the station, partially obscured by the misty conditions of the rainstorm. The platform has clear blue and yellow dots for safety and accessibility, and overhead wires and lights are also visible. The platform is empty of people.

The station and tracks are surrounded by lush greenery and there are hills in the background. Overhead wires are visible on a partly cloudy day.
