Y'all, I just spent 1.5 hrs. struggling to draw a sphere. 🫠 Perspective - thou art my nemesis.

Lindsey Luu Art @lindseyluuart.bsky.social · 22/06/2026

I'm learning how to draw muscles, and now my ADHD brain won't stop rotating my arm because watching the bones do their thing is sooooo fascinating. 😆

royal welcome, a Kingsglaive: FFXV 4-koma #super's #Kingsglaive #FFXV #fanart #comic

A four-panel comic featuring Lunafreya and Nyx from Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, with cameos of Pelna and Libertus, titled "Royal Welcome." Panel 1, inside the car in which Lunafreya was brought into Insomnia: Nyx, in the driver's seat, says, "Sorry, Your Highness. You probably know better than to text and drive." He has pulled over in order to reply to a group chat in which Pelna asks, "want anything frm kennys". Libertus replies, "No." and then, "Fries." Nyx fires off a text that reads, "I'm working bye". In the backseat of the car, Lunafreya says, "I have never owned a cellphone," and Nyx asks, "Really?" Panel 2: Nyx says, "Then, here. You can pass the time until we get to the Citadel," as he passes back his phone. On the screen is a game titled "Buddy Jump," which features the cartoon mascot L'il Malbuddy. Lunafreya holds out both hands to receive the phone, asking, "You're certain?" Nyx replies, "Gives me an excuse not to check it." More texts come in from the group chat. Pelna: "where r u", then, "i can bring it 2 u", then, "nyx". Libertus chimes in with, "Just find him on the news... XD". Panel 3: Nyx continues, "Normally, people call me when I'm--" he cuts himself off to click on his earpiece and say into it, "Pelna, if you're not picking something up for the princess, then it can wait." Over the earpiece, Pelna asks, "Am I even allowed to do that...?" Meanwhile, Lunafreya looks perturbed as she taps the phone screen to play Buddy Jump. Panel 4, in the Citadel for Lunafreya's audience with King Regis: Someone out of panel announces, "Her Royal Highness, Princess Lunafreya of Tenebrae." The princess drinks from a Crow's Nest-branded soda cup while expertly tapping away at the game, which holds her entire focus. At a respectful distance behind her, Nyx struggles to hold in his laughter.

When I asked myself, "How could my IT training apply to my art business and YouTube channel?" I felt my brain engaged better in the material and was more invested (and excited). I'm still intimidated by the amount of info, but I'm gonna trust this nugget of novelty to see me through. 🙂

Sometimes I wonder if sharing my art business journey is worth it. Three years and still not making a profit - who would want to read that? Then I realized, maybe other artists need this, and as long as I’m alive, my story hasn’t ended in failure yet.

At the beginning, it was difficult to sense what was a ADHD-Induced depression/anxiety vs. inner critic-induced depression/anxiety. One needed medical treatment and the other therapy/CBT/DBT. For me, a blend of techniques, meds, and life style changes have led to a happier life with ADHD. 🌸
