"War and the Maiden" by riotbones (@riotbones.bsky.social) "We Were Just Playing Pretend" by Linda Liu (@lindersliu.bsky.social)

The cover of the comic “War and the Maiden” by riotbones. It shows a woman on the top center of the cover, standing in front of a stone building with a cloister vault, her expression pensive. In the center of the cover is a woman wearing armour, riding a horse while holding a spear in her right hand, attacking a European dragon. Various imagery associated with knights surround the cover’s borders. The cover is entirely coloured in deep blood-red with golden outlines.

The cover of the comic “We Were Just Playing Pretend” by Linda Liu. It shows a young woman, wearing a yellow qipao shirt and dark yellow pants, with black hair in twin braids, standing in the middle of a picture frame, her expression sad. To her upper left is a red butterfly, and butterflies are on the corners of the border of her picture frame. The comic’s title is typed out on the picture, with a word redacted above the word “playing”, and the word “pretend” circled by a pencil.
