Update since my dental surgery on September 17. Doing better. I still have stitches in my mouth and eating soft foods.. I’m not sleeping well lately, tired. I hope things will settle soon. Here is my view from a couple days ago. Happy October!

Happy Friday everyone. For the first time in months, I managed a night without my restless legs making my life hell. I changed the type of gummy I was taking before bedtime and it seems to help. I also take CBD gel caps and apply a CBD-THC cream.
