Thursday I rode with some lovely ladies to a cabin by the water to relax. We stayed overnight, and in the morning, I woke up to a stunning sunrise putting on a show. While others slept, I watched it, feeling so grateful to witness the beautiful colors.

Rode with a friend to the top yesterday just to get out of the apartment. The colors are arriving early, and a few wildlife were out for viewing. It’s so hot, yet the leaves are already turning. Really enjoying the early colors makes you feel like fall is on its way.

Hello Tuesday. Last night, a tornado swept through our little town from Bryson to Sylvia, and we’re still unsure about the damages or injuries. This morning, a bear wandered out of the woods to scavenge for some birdseed. I’m staying inside for the rest of the day—he can have the seeds! 👍👋😁

Yesterday we started new treatments for Bentley, who has a staph infection. The shots and pills didn’t make him sick, so we’re counting that as a win. Everything I’ve done topically was spot on, now to fight from the inside out. Sending positive vibes as we take on this two-year battle. Day 1 ❤️

The vet appointment yesterday didn’t go as planned. I’m getting the side-eye—he definitely sensed something was up. We were all dressed and ready to go, but the vet had a family emergency and had to cancel. Now we have to do it all over again on Wednesday. Oooofff. Happy Tuesday to all!!!!💓

When I lived in Olympia, WA, near the Capitol, there was a large lake open for everyone to walk around, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. I always had company on those walks, the ducks who thought they owned that water and they squawked at me the entire way.♥️Go take a memory today!!📷

Thank you all for your positive thoughts it has worked. The OPDIVO treatments are doing their job!! Great PT Scan for the cancer cells are all but gone. Of course, the rest of the body is in need of a repair but that will wait until the treatments are over. I am so very grateful for good news. 💓👊👍

This was my sweetest, most funny, loving girl, Milley the last summer before she left us. She loved the flowers, to run in them, roll in them, was so happy, I believe she is still playing in the flowers, waiting for me to come join her. She is missed.
