I found a potato that got real rooty in my pantry several months ago. On a whim I buried it in a pot and stuck it on my back porch. I now have some small potatoes, and this is the first time my attempts at gardening have borne any fruit. Very happy about that. Gonna ride this high all week!

My precious dog Beru, her condition took a sharp downward turn since yesterday and she faded fast. I had to say goodbye to her today. Rest in peace Beru. I couldn't have wished for a better dog. I can only wish I had more time. I was blessed to have her.
