Yes! But canonically they're way too one dimensional. For one of my campaign settings I re-imagined them as a tragic fallen society that had thrown off the yoke of demonic evil and taken up a more shamanic religion. Gave them a chance to shine as possible allies.

Looking up help videos for the somewhat arcane publishing software I'm using goes: 10 minute preamble 30 seconds of utterly basic shit that I figured out within minutes of touching the program 50/50 chance that they'll mention the shortcut I need 5 minutes of "like and subscribe for more!" I'd just moved to town and got referred to this Endo without getting the low-down from the local trans community. I met a couple of lovely trans boys and when I mentioned she was my doc they reacted with visceral horror. I met my new doc at that same event.
