A twist on this idea that would work better would be to require *employers* to give mandatory time off to vote to their employees and affirm that some high percentage actually voted on pain of the employer losing all their tax breaks.

Weird question: Does a display size tarot deck actually exist? I'm taking about one big enough to display individual cards on an easel for an audience. I have seen individual cards that big, but I'm not sure if they are one off printings or if some tremendously large deck is out there for real.
