tiny webbed hands grasp at a spoon, taken from another camper, to poke at the scrambled eggs. it was probably being held wrong in her fist. she messily divided the food, noticeably giving max the larger share. "froggy shares," she repeated, turning to her portion and attempting to eat.

suddenly freezes in place. the sudden movement is startling her!! the amphibian child made quiet peeping noises, yet she didn't move an inch!! ". . . . . ."

a very distressed little peeping noise. she is sitting in the small puddle of water, patting her webbed hands in the liquid. the amphibian was probably absorbing the water through her skin. "froggy swims," she informed sombra in a quiet and polite little tone.

"froggy got away!! there wasn't a pond!! brothers were mean!! eggman bad. . . . .froggy meets? froggy meets cool brother," she babbled, not really making much sense. the eggman creation wasn't /anything/ like any of his other ones!! froggy looked visibly happy that manic didn't judge her.

mary 🔔 froggy is VERY terrified of robotnik. she's one of his creations. she escaped the lab because she was scared and there was no pond in the enclosure. froggy was filed away as being a failure of an experiment.

the amphibian immediately shoved both hands into the glass of water. she pulled them out after a moment, flicking water everywhere and making little peeping noises. not even drinking it. she looked genuinely distressed that she couldn't submerge herself in the tall cup.

tiny webbed hands were reaching for the glass. as if her little brain forgot the contents and was searching for water /again/. large brown hues unevenly blinked. a few peeping noises. "ribbit," the little frog confirmed.

uneven blinking. the amphibian, upon reaching the mess hall, approached the counter before everybody else, took a meal tray from the counter after jumping on it, and hopped down with her newly acquired and stolen meal. "we got food now!! froggy got food for max and froggy!!" --

the amphibian followed along. her brown hues flickered around to survey her surroundings, clearly on edge from the amount of campers and people nearby. maybe the amphibian realized she was an abnormal entity that people wouldn't understand. "froggy sorry. froggy new."

the shy amphibian glanced at david and slowly peeked out from behind max. froggy pointed to the mess hall, interrupting david without realizing it 💧. "froggy wants go there! froggy wants go get food," she said politely, though probably feeling sick at this point.

"froggy like pond!! froggy stays!! froggy eats bug and there's lots lilypads," the frog exclaimed, visibly excited to ramble about her home.

the thing about the amphibian? she was actually easy to frighten and very shy. so, when confronted happily by anybody else, froggy hid behind max slightly, her webbed hands covering her head anxiously. her silence stretched on. she wasn't trying to be rude! she will warm up to them.

a blink. froggy glanced at the glass again, making the most pathetic peeping noises and extending her webbed hands. she seems to be asking for water. "ribbit," she said in the most polite little voice.

cassidy was right!! the amphibious toddler perked up a bit. nodding and rubbing at her eyes with a webbed hand. "froggy won't let eggman get to froggy. . . . froggy got away from the base. froggy stays at the pond," the child explained.

visibly both excited and nervous when she remembered there was a pond at the camp!! excited because now she had a source of food; nervous because she was afraid of going there alone. it was an unfamiliar pond. "froggy has had human food. froggy eated leftovers," she happily informed him.

"froggy can breathe!! in the pond!! . . .powers? froggy has??" sorta?? froggy IS 95% amphibian. . . . so it's only natural she was equipped with lungs to breathe under water and skin that could absorb it.
