I have scrubbed many a freezer to repay my debt to the devil. The devil will distract you. If you have an insulated cup large enough. Try putting ice on the bottom, place can, and then top with more ice. Place lid on and let it cool the can. It will chill the can. No explosion.

After staying up watching my seemingly dead dog, breathe every so often, and checking for signs of life and finding none, and questioning my sanity? I have been unable to sleep. I went to my cardiologist appointment, and told him about it and he said he didn't know that happened either.

AI doesn’t fix the fact that my patients don’t have a car that can make it far enough to get their colonoscopy. AI doesn’t fix that I have multiple adult patients who can’t read. AI doesn’t fix poverty or hold the check for a patient’s meds for a week until their paycheck gets deposited.

My AC is no longer cooling. I hate this HVAC. We paid big bucks for it. It has needed repairs from day 1. Faulty thermostats replaced with faulty thermostats that had been recalled. Now it fails every 2 weeks. They say everything checks out and it is fixed. Nope. It breaks down.

Sylvester died. Sylvester was the most gentle loving dog. He loved to laugh and had the best laughing dog face. I never did get a photo of it. I was too engrossed in the moment and laughing with him. Even though I knew he was going to pass, it feels wrong. I wasn't ready to say goodbye.

My dog is laying under my chair. I don't know if he can walk? I was hoping he would just get up but he has not. I am sure he is exhausted after almost dying this afternoon! He did move closer to me. He can lift and turn his head. Time will tell. I am grateful I reached him in time today.

I told my mother that I am canceling her appointment tomorrow because I want to stay with my dog. It is a follow up and we can reschedule it for later. I also want to change providers. Because that one moved out of the clinic near our houses. Having to drive an hour is not for me.

Found my dog curled up in a ball and laboring to breathe. I scooped him up and he was boiling hot. Poured a pitcher of cool water on him. Raced him in the house. Put him in the sink and poured cool water on him. Filled the sink with cool water and let him soak. Breathing returned to normal.

Ordering dog pooper scoopers to clean the litter box standing up. Bending causes me pain. I get stuck when I bend and straighten over and over. My damaged deformed spine screams stop that. Then locks me in position. Either bent over or stuck upright. Stiff as a board unable to move.
