Gone to its new home today 🥲 the collectors were kind enough to lend it to the exhibition for 2.5 months!! 💜Anyway.. i will miss this one, and it's so lovely to have people who support my practice.

I can't remember if i posted this, so here is my Maddie Cat with some comostola leucomerata moth wings (i love iNaturalist for identifying local critters) these moths like the rainforest 🦋 I used to do so many pet portraits & this kinda reminded me how fun they can be #Cats

I’m taking a class on classical painting, and it’s making me think a lot about the art school I went to when I was a teen. It was much more focused on painting from life (which I highly recommend) but it’s not practical in this class.

I want to finish this drawing but I have no idea where I stashed it. It has been years.. I got burned out on colour pencil 10+ years ago, drawing a huge ad campaign.. sometimes I miss it, there is something very special about the medium even if it can be frustrating at times. 💗
