The accused do not have the burden of proof to defend themselves. The person sharing their experience is responsible for sharing the information they have in a comprehensive way that gives folks reason without a doubt that it happened. In the case of Geller, his college gave him a suspension.

I was offered T, but decided to wait as I want to go through my gender affirming surgeries first. This was my decision, and my PPH rep said if I change my mind at any time, I can talk to them. This was as I explained I am not a man or a woman, rather an ENBY. All of my doctors are aware and helpful

when I was discussing going on T with my PPH rep, I mentioned my struggles with wanting top surgery & absolutely hating my menstrual cycle. When asked about birth control as an alternative, I mentioned the immense dysphoria I experienced through puberty & explained my gender experience to them.
