Yay capitalism. For real though this is also a result of our collective consumption habits. These factory farms are literally the breeding grounds for the next pandemic(s). Moving towards a plant based diet is both beneficial to our own health and that of the planet, in more ways than one.

Stumbled upon this interesting specimen of Turbinellus floccosus aka scaly vase or woolly chanterelle. These are usually vase or trumpet shaped, not quite sure what happened here but it’s very cool. Will drop a more typical example of this fungi below. #fungifreinds #mushroom #mycology
