Proposal. Instead of "skeet" like sky-tweet, we should use "kite." A kite is something you put in the sky and it is only held aloft for folks to see it as long as it has enough wind to carry it. Kites which are poorly built don't stay aloft long but a person running with a kite can keep it up.
