a pre-internet song circa 1996.. a time when you'd put a ton of work into something on an 8 track & send it *snail mail* on cassette to places hoping for a listen or a play on a local show etc.. a dark frustrating time, this song reflects that.. #indierock youtu.be/WoLZXW5e81Y?...

So when you put out a song these days it's "plug it a bit" and then when no one listens.. you move on.. it's a sad state of affairs but it's the world we live in.. So I guess I'll plug this again.. and why the F~ not? #NewMusic #Indie #IndieRock #NOAI

31 days until Halloween... *Son of Frankenstein (1939).

Boris Karloff wore the bulky fur/sheepskin vest as the Monster in Son of Frankenstein (1939).
• The Movie: Son of Frankenstein is the third film in Universal's classic series, starring Basil Rathbone and Bela Lugosi as Ygor.
• The Costume: Karloff’s Monster swaps his iconic dark suit jacket from the first two films for a rugged, heavy fur-trimmed or sheepskin vest over a shirt.
• The Reason: Wardrobe designers used the bulky layered vest partly to give the Monster a more massive, intimidating silhouette and to help disguise that Karloff had filled out a bit since playing the role in 1931 and 1935.

Saves on Spotify are the only metric I'm really concerned about... and I do pretty well.. playlist adds are second.. monthly listener counts are a joke and so are most other numbers there.. Spotify is a tool for exposure.. not a place to make money.. 🙄
