As a child I learned that other people's emotional discomfort became my physical pain. So I learned shrink myself. To not disrupt anyone else. To inconvenience myself so other's aren't unhappy. It became automatic. As an adult it is hard to unlearn that and to stop doing that, but keep trying

Going on hikes with my mates has been such an amazing experience; seeing parts of QLD and also to have some personal reflection 2025 was a _BIG_ year of growth. Experiencing love/loss/grief, investing in my health, promotion at work, trying new kinks, and coming to terms with getting older.
