noone ever told me RSD comes in more forms than anger ... the more i read the more i am 100% convinced i have the extreme people pleasing / apologizing RSD where i just completely shield up and withdraw inwards if it gets too much..

i only ever thought RSD was anger bc thats the form people around me have it. i never considered that i myself could have RSD...
