Hey #BookSky 💙📚 I recently read an e-arc of 'Model Home' by Rivers Solomon from and absolutely loved it!! Look at this cute graphic I made to accompany my review, I'm super happy with how it turned out! You can read my full review on on #Bookstagram: www.instagram.com/p/DHBY-uZIle...

The graphic is inspired by the UK book cover of ‘Model Home’, with the same colours used and the idea for white bark trees taken from the lower left hand corner of the cover. In the centre of the graphic is the cover image with a half black and half cream border. The lower half of the graphic is the same shade of red as the cover and the upper half is black with digitally drawn white trees. ‘EARC review’ is written in the lower half in a font mimicking the title font.

The graphic is designed to mimic elements of the Our Sister Killjoy book cover as well as the content of the book. The beige background appears as if the back of an envelope. In the top left are two elements designed to look like stamps, one is a yellow airplane like the one of the cover, the other is a Fragile stamp in a Wine Red colour. Below this ‘Earc Review’ is written in a font mimicking the hand cut lettering on the cover. On the right hand side is the Faber Editions cover with a cream coloured postage stamp like border.
