We’re talking all things ALIEN today! I’ve got some early footage for Alien: Isolation 2, and then we starting a fresh playthrough of the first game! This is genuinely the scariest game ever pls come hold my hand thru it twitch.tv/library_fairy

Those crashes sound so weird 🤔 Hopefully graphics update fixes things! A pal also told me that turning off raytracing helps

library_fairy @libraryfairy.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Nooo that stinks! I’m so sorry Ash D: I’m sure you’ve got it but if you want any troubleshooting help lmk. Is it a graphics thing?

It's gonna be so sad when I have to put her away with all my other Halloween decorations come November 💔 Anyway we're live on Twitch playing more Silent Hill Townfall! twitch.tv/library_fairy

A screenshot of my Just Chatting stream scene. I am sitting in the middle of the screen at my gaming chair. In the background, through a transparent chat box, you can see my black cat Meatball making eye contact with the camera. She looks a little evil.

Nooo I’m so sorry 😭 The lack of diagnosis/treatment options is really sickening tbh

020

library_fairy @libraryfairy.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

It’s really not a bad idea imo, just bad implementation at this point. I’m really hoping they can improve the functionality

110

library_fairy @libraryfairy.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

That would be awesome! Apparently there’s a shout notification toggle in settings rn that just… doesn’t work at all 💀 Having it match the life notif settings would be perfect

010

library_fairy @libraryfairy.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I think that’s the main thing that needs refinement! I was happy to see a shout from a channel I actually watch regularly, but the majority were from channels I RARELY watch. Some fine tuning would go a long way in improving the experience

010

library_fairy @libraryfairy.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I like the *concept* behind Twitch shouts, but I don’t like logging on to 10+ notifications every time I open the app. The “regulars & more” category seems to just be… Everyone Ever 😭

BIG time to be a man with a vest in horror media right now

A still from Resident Evil 2026 movie. The main character Bryan is running down a snowy street with a green container in his hands. He’s wearing a work vest over a jacket.

The cover image for Silent Hill Townfall. Simon stands in an eerily lit city and looks down at a glowing CRTV. He’s wearing a puffer vest over a flannel shirt

I saw the new Resident Evil movie and really enjoyed it! The story felt fresh while still including a lot of fun little references to the games. I LOVE a horror comedy too, so the overall vibe just worked for me. Would watch again 🙂‍↕️
