You can make OE links public. No excuses now. Plus you can literally copy and paste your prompt and the output or take screenshots

#Medlibs, what would you want to learn from a presentation about AI vocabulary, teaching AI, and critical appraisal of AI tools and output?

I *think* they have different titles it recognizes, since mine is "clinical research and education librarian"

Our IDs don't have our job title on them so it was rejected, but when I uploaded a screen shot of my staff page (title and photo included there) it worked!

I was mostly wondering about things outside Generative AI tools. So like Mesh terms being applied via AI

I mostly write with pen & paper in cursive. If I do online note taking, I use OneNote since we use Microsoft/Sharepoint.

I continue to be fascinated by the phenomenon whereby an expert engages with any of the LLMs on their field of expertise and is instantly horrified by the wrong answers, and then goes on to use it for things they are not experts in as though it won’t be just as bad for those.

Just how to answer foreground or background questions without using AI. So I'm happy for either POC or searching resources. Maybe it's more of a library tools 101 for clinicians

That scene in S2 E1 of The Pitt where the patient is hitting on Mel and she's totally oblivious is extremely ace coded. I think every acespec person has had an experience like that. I'm sure this isn't what the show is going for, bc no one ever does acespec characters, but I'm head canoning it.

My not so nice opinion of people who want to use AI for everything is "why do it at all then if you won't put original thought and any effort into it?"
