what's working now: - ios + android clients - mac host (windows coming) - voice input, window switching - agent notifications — get pinged when claude finishes a task host is open source if you want to check the code or build from source: github.com/LiboShen/afk...

started with VNC + a custom iOS app. worked well enough to ship real features, but VNC is laggy on cellular. rewrote everything on WebRTC.

tried every remote desktop app. google remote desktop, screens, parsec. all designed for ad hoc IT support or gaming, not serious work from your phone. e.g. window switching is clunky, soft keyboard is painful. no one's typing prompts with that.

i got tired of sitting at my desk while claude code thinks. so i built a remote desktop app to check in from the couch. voice input because typing prompts on a phone keyboard is painful. this is me building the app... using the app. 🧵

And it even discovered some new video and blog coverage of my product I wasn't aware of 😂

More context? Ask Claude Code to search online. Bloggers, users, and myself have written about my product online. This is also a good opportunity to a market research.

First thing: context I have prepared something before: beside my code, I have a biz folder holding some docs I wrote about the business. I call it my docbase (akin codebase, and LLM is the new runtime). A simple folder structure is set to make things discoverable.

Gonna do an experiment with my declining 📉 😱 SaaS business: let Claude Code run (most of) it. Why? I frequently got distracted by "fancier" tech and product ideas, but failed to carry on regular data analysis, marketing, maintenance, UX polish and etc. #buildinpublic Keep a record here:

How exactly does Meidiafast solve the "reddit is hard" problem?

Nice! I like your web design. The buttons in the pricing page seem off. Nicer if you can make them aligned 😊

Want to stress-test it? 🔹 Ask about pricing experiments, churn fixes, or Product Hunt tactics. 🔹 Tag me with your weirdest prompt & I’ll share the output. If it’s useful, RT so other builders can stop doom-scrolling for advice. #buildinpublic #SaaS #indiehackers

just a little bit. maybe you can limit the background to the top section to reduce the overlap with the body texts

Libo @libo.bsky.social · 10/05/2025
I'd say B. The background in A affects the readability of the text.

1-2 hours is pretty long. my face feels pain after 40 min on vision pro. i’m pretty happy with xreal for the comfort. it weighs just like a normal sunglasses (but with a cable). the fov is way narrower than vision pro ofc, but it’s usable.

Libo @libo.bsky.social · 09/05/2025
is it comfortable for long hours? i considered it for a while and tried at apple store. but recently i settled on xreal pro.

Good catch. I have added docs for them: hexdocs.pm/elixact/0.1.... strict means no extra unknown field allowed.

IMO the book isn’t very strong on the characters. It’s very much plot driven or concept driven. However, the Netflix adaptation a big portion of characters are condensed into 5 teenager-ish maturity close friends. Probably to make the audience feels more relatable. But it actually make things worse.
