Actually the morbidity and mortality of the virus has decreased from the Delta days which data readily confirms. That combined with limited immunity from vaccines and infection has decreased the risk. That said do what you doctor recommends for you!

If that is recommended by your physician because you have increased risk from Covid I get it. If you’re healthy and do not have higher risk then it’s not necessary. Covid-19 no longer carries the morbidity and mortality it did for those who are healthy as once did with Delta. Do what right for you!

I am a realist. Americans won’t give up their guns but I do think most reasonable gun owners do not oppose some form of reasonable regulation. At the end of the day we have to deal with mental health. We can’t just ignore it and act surprised when the clearly mentally ill person does crazy things

Guns are a problem but banning them won’t fix the real issue which is mental health. The rise in drug addiction, crime, mass shootings, can all be traced back to when we decided it was too costly to actually treat or prevent mental illness. Agreed. Other than income disparity the mental health desert that is America is the single greatest reason for our fall. It causes cascade failures. Unhealthy people make unhealthy life choices and that includes who they decide to lead them. In Nazi Germany it was a mental health crisis due to WW1.

Me too. The shame and not discussing abuse is rampant with men. It took years of counseling for me to deal with both the impact the abuse had and the impact that the culture of silence. I suspect that number is closer to 10% personally. Under reporting of abuse is a real thing for both sexes.
