What an appalling headline from @skynewsrss.bsky.social, which diminishes the crime and what actually happened in favour of undermining the seriousness of the new law.

Who needs one headline when you can pass it off for days on

This little caption made me laugh for an inordinate amount of time.

I’ve just about had it with websites which give you an easy button to reject non-necessary cookies, let alone the ones which don’t provide the required easy option. Now I’m being asked, via my previously uninvolved phone, to consent to cookies just for listening to the radio on the Alexa!?!?

Alexa iPhone App notifications page showing a request from “Magic Radio” for cookie consent

Alexa iPhone App screen stating “Thanks! Your cookie preferences have been updated.”

Its a bit naff, and I don't think it should be allowed, for ITV, via Amazon Prime, to be using the England v Wales match to to get people signed up to ITVx Premium. Its free to air on ITV and you don't need to pay for it. Scammers.

Image is a screenshot of the Amazon Prime Video home page showing ITVx Premium banner advertisement encouraging viewers to watch the England v Wales friendly football match by clicking a button directing users to start an ITVx Premium 7-day free trial, auto-renewing at £5.99 per month.

Why is Sky News pushing out prince William propaganda at half 11 on a Saturday night?

The reporting from some corners of the media of this harmful health misinformation being spewed by the Trump administration is disturbingly incompetent and outrageously irresponsible. The answer, btw, is no, the significant and trusted medical data tells us paracetamol doesn’t cause autism.

Jfc. The DIRECTOR of the F B FUCKING I just ended his part of his “we caught him” (his dad turned him in) press conference saying “To my friend Charlie Kirk, rest now brother, we have the watch, and I’ll see you in Valhalla.”

The BBC still thinks adding the “Israel has strongly denied allegations of genocide relating to the ongoing war in Gaza” defence is appropriate when they’re reporting a video of someone else, & they’ve turned their comments off to stop people pointing it out. Can you imagine it the other way around?

The definition of scraping the fucking right wing barrel. The BBC should be ashamed of themselves.

Do they think we can’t see the co-ordinated language? Were they all given this script by the West Wing and told to stick to it? The dire state of international politics right now, and the lack of backbone and talent at the highest level, is dangerous for us all.

Ffs BBC. This isn’t news. So why are you pushing this crap at me via your news alerts?
