Charlie Kirk played a major role in turning US politics into the violent mess it is today. Praising him while condemning all political violence doesn't make a ton of sense to me. Especially when people are only making such condemnations when the violence is aimed back at those spreading it.

It sucks how US politics have become so extreme as to become so violent. As a Canadian there's always the fear of how much it'll spill across the border. You can't bring one-sided violence against whole demographics of people and expect them to lie down and take it.

It sucks, but the precedent is clear: protests that aren't disruptive aren't heard. As much as we'd all love to see the Grinch's heart grow three sizes at the sight of the Whos holding hands and singing together, there's a reason (accurate) history books read differently from children's stories.

the medical bias that #FND faces cannot be overstated. I've had this for almost 2 years now and I can't find someone who is willing to offer actual evidence-informed treatment. looking at potentially paying out of pocket to see someone internationally if nothing comes up.
