Our partners at the PA Youth Congress (PYC) alerted us to a legal petition filed in Commonwealth Court. Two school districts, several parents, and two state legislators have launched an aggressive attack on the nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ Pennsylvanians, in place since 2023.
