🚨New paper led by Lei Fan, with Florian van Leeuwen, @hirotakaimada.bsky.social, and @joshtybur.bsky.social, out in Cognition & Emotion: 🔗 doi.org/10.1080/0269... In two preregistered studies from Japan 🇯🇵 , we find that anger relates to confrontation while disgust to gossip and social exclusion.
