Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 20/01/2025It's probably inspired off a scene I don't recognize (apologies) but it reminds me a lot of Alexandre Cabanel's fallen angel. 010
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 20/01/2025I've decided on a commission and I can't wait to see it. Very excited! 040
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 19/01/2025Welcome to all the new #artists #writers and #creators who will surely be flooding in here in the next 24hrs. It's lovely here, I hope you enjoy. I'd love if we could be #artmoots or any other kind of #moots. I want to learn about what you do. Show me your world. 1101
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 17/01/2025It means you have complete freedom. Nothing to regret, no judgement to recon with. Be who you are now. Enjoy the moment. You are free. 010
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 14/01/2025Looking for #moots especially #artmoots. I'd love to see your creative artwork, #writing, or #projects. Need a pleasant distraction from all this "world is ending" feed. So please help me surround myself with interesting creative people are passionate about what they do. 3110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 14/01/2025I know what it wanted to write in that last line: "with doors that doomed the occupants to fry" 000
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 14/01/2025I'm new here, but I don't think I can PM you if you're not following me, or maybe I just don't know how. 000
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 14/01/2025If you have a rate card pls share as well. Have a lovely day, I love your work. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 14/01/2025Wonderful. Let me research Gcash or see if someone else is able to send for me. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I love how visuals spark a moment - a mini-story - as this one does. In my head it's as if she's been interrupted, but doing what, where, and by who. Then, the story just starts to write itself. With words, that "what's going on here" instant is hard. Your image captures it perfectly. Beautiful. 010
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025She's lovely, and clearly worthy of a story. Do you write? 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I think it's going to take some practice, I feel guilty especially with your cute avatar. But I'll get better (worse) I promise. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025let me try... "you understand nothing, for you've surrounded yourself with 'yes men'. Only the brittle and weak-willed lack the constitution to face true opposition" 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I'm considering embracing my inner #Villainess as its been sorely neglected. Perhaps we can practice and prepare for the future. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025If you follow @wanderforest and her insanely cute art 🥰, your life will be better. Mine is already. 130
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025Probably about choice. We dictate the arrangements of our networks rather than an algorithm. So it's optimized for us rather than the objectives of the system (whatever that may be). 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I continue to find the same. I've probably met more interesting people in the last 48 hrs here than I did in my first week on that bird network. It does seem like the algorithms are designed to produce moral outrage, and I'm liking the fresh start. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025Dunbar's number. I think it was 150. I wonder if technology changes that at all, or if the limit is really in our attention and mental capacity. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I might feel the same way if I had hundreds of followers instead of 20. The hard truth is that we're all mostly irrelevant, but a low number proves that definitively. 🤣 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I just use #moots 🤣 but #artmoots finds more interesting people. sometimes. 000
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025large follower problems 😂 For me it's easy, at least for now. 000
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025The worst is the people who ask for moots, and follow you. You follow them back, then they unfollow you. I feel there should be a list that tracks this. 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 12/01/2025Don't feel awkward. And there's no obligation to say anything. Silence is underappreciated in a world that's overwhelmed by extroverts. Some of us practice to operate in that world, but it can also be exhausting. Rest as needed, and engage when you're ready. 000
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 11/01/2025I'm only been here a single day. Already, I love bluesky so much. The #artwork the #artists the #writers there's an aura of magic I just want to step into. Already met so many new people and inspired by their work. Now I want to make something beautiful too. #thankyou 280
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 11/01/2025In case it's useful for anyone else, I found this: learnmycraft.com/management/e...learnmycraft.comEvery way to take payments from your art customers in 20221. Use an online payment gateway 2. Use a third-party marketplace 3. Use email invoicing 4. Use mobile payment apps 5. Use eChecks with ACH processing 000
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 11/01/2025I moved here (from dead bird network) because I didn't want to be at the mercy of algorithms, or the individuals who own them - not naming any names. Do we have more control here, isnt bluesky more open? Can it happen here too? 110
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 11/01/2025Question for #artmoots and anyone whos an #artist. If someone (lets say it's a friend🙄) wants to #buyart or #sellart thats private/personal, how do you suggest they do it? Many accept paypal for commisisons, so that won't work. And cypto seems hard (also at odds with artist ethics?). Ideas? 150

Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 10/01/2025Ok it's silly, I know. but I'm very proud to have 10 followers.🎉 I look forward to learning more about my #moots and seeing your #artwork and #writing and any other creative projects you've got going. Hoping it'll inspire me to get off my butt and create more too. 070
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 10/01/2025The story along with the images is everything. Love the idea. ❤️ Great way to bring images to life! 010
Leyla @leylasato.bsky.social · 10/01/2025Free at last from the clutches of the dead bird network. I like it here already. #moots show me your #digitalart #sketch or #writing, I love creators #authors and #artists 060
