Little late with this one bc I accidentally flew off the tread somewhere in mile 2. 😂 Still managed to get a 101% rating from Hal somehow.

Workout stats. 3.5 miles in 46 minutes and 8 seconds.

Run With Hal app with same stats. It complimented my workout and gave me a good rating! For a change. Ha!

💯 My autistic person is not help seeking so much as experiencing something extreme and unpleasant that I can rarely help with. The best I can do is sit and bear witness, provide whatever protection they need in the moment, and reassure them they are loved just as they are when it’s all over.

Agree. The Russians presumably know more about this strain than we do and its clear they’re taking this exposure event very seriously. Also, what’s our supply of antibiotics like? Do we have enough? Is there a better plan to slow the spread than for Covid? Do you really want to find out?

I finally had time to read the article and apparently all the money these accounts are invested in is managed by State Street. One company. What a sweetheart deal they got to manage the Trump accounts for every American child in their portfolio. That deal was worth billions of $$ You cannot opt out.

I can understand how the anniversary and revisiting the same people and places could cause anxiety. PTSD even. ❤️ I think that’s a totally normal human reaction fwiw. Families are also hard. Moms of our moms’ generation especially.
