In 2005 Creme Eggs in the UK were around 25p, and the minimum wage was £5.05 In 2025 Creme Eggs are around 85p and the minimum wage is £12.21 That’s a 142% rise in pay, 240% rise in price To match 2005, minimum wage should now be £17.17 And that’s just chocolate eggs Our economy is broken
