Had to fix him up a bit after FC, V2’s first outing took a toll on em but he’s back in good shape again. I switched to a different thinner faux leather and modeled + 3D printed a new jaw (its one piece, doesn’t use any foam or fabric).

A sneak peak at the start of my new head. This is the frame that goes inside the head, it’s a new design I am prototyping that uses a Vive headset strap. Will be more comfortable and sit closer against my head for a better fit.

Upper Frame V3 is complete! Was able to salvage the print since the side wall fell over towards the end of the print. Yeah the plastic welding is ugly but nobody will ever see it.
