A childlike spirit, trapped, not to be allowed past the edge of the woods. Great thorny vines her jailer, never allowing her to leave. Barely visible to the children at play, just barely.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if you see the same thing I’m seeing in my drawings and paintings. I think leaving the concept and mark making sort of abstract will do that.
