This guy.
A hair dryer where the hot air part is the beak of a very happy looking cartoon duck. The duck is white and the feet (stand) and beak (hot air part) are yellow. The on off button is his black bow tie and he’s made of hard shiny plastic

POV: Mary Oliver wrote Wild Geese about how much she loves cheese as a musical genre.
A screenshot of text reading: you don't have to listen to ‘good music’
you don't have to spend 10,000 hours listening to a niche band from New York
that will look impressive in your Spotify-wrapped
you just have to make a fun playlist to put on while you empty the dishwasher
and let the soft animal of your body listen to Mambo No. 5

Maybe I’ll send this frozen lasagna’s cooking instructions next time I’m asked for an Acsess rider, because I also need to rest to be at my best.
The back of a frozen lasagna reads: OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN
50 mins
Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. Ensure this lasagne is piping hot when it comes out of the oven. Then WAIT 3 mins before serving - it needs to rest to be at its best.

I wrote this in my journal in 2020 then but it in Book of Hours. I’ve been feeling for a few years like Twitter has been bad for my brain and increasingly bad for the world. Maybe four years later it really is time.
Text on a white page reads: Time to Quit Twitter Watch
2AM A forgotten date in May 2020
"When your world has shrunk this much."
I saw this line on Twitter today and my first thought was, you have no idea. I'm sick of seeing people lockdown and isolation, about the new raw struggle of things old and familiar for me.

And it's not fair of me to think this because I know nothing about this stranger's life. Maybe she spent seven oil rig. Maybe she's just got back from a stint on the last manned lighthouse. Maybe she's that old knight guarding the grail in The Last Crusade and she's been alone with her shrinking world for a thousand years

It's just that when my world shrunk this much nobody was interested, I didn't have 30 people to like my tweets.
I just want to write something that isn't about my illness, I’m trying, but it always sneaks up on the inside rail.
