I wish more jam bands would take Sturgill’s Lead and play one 3 hour set. Doesn’t have to be every night, but make it a special thing every once in a while. Just plays too perfectly for that kind of music if the band has the endurance

Couple thoughts: -Best Clockmaker on Mars is a barn burner of a song live -Stay On That would be a crazy type 2 jam vehicle -Probably just don’t know the songs well enough, but definitely sounded like Sturgill teased the Tweezer riff towards the end of the show lol

Starting to think I'm going to hit Pittsburgh and Rochester along with MWK/KCY on this next Goose tour and skipping Phish fall tour. Makes more sense logistically and financially. Both road trips no flights. STS9 plays in Indy on the way out to Pittsburgh and DSO in Erie on the way back.
