Any of my moots going to Las Vegas? I'll be there for the 28th and would love to meet people!

Husband: You’ve had that same lockscreen for like 10 years. Me: Well … yeah. Duh.

An iPhone lockscreen showing Jimin dressed in black sitting on a cream-colored sofa, his left leg crossed over his right. He is surrounded by flowers. His sweater is draped so that his black tank top and bare left shoulder are revealed. Behind him, a large window is brightly illuminated.

Not the reflection in the microwave 😂 I'd forgotten about that

I'm so glad you mentioned this! I thought they were going to be uploading to YouTube, and so I wasn't watching Spotify for it. I'll listen to it today!

I saw Tyler Oakley on "The Amazing Race" in 2016 and had no awareness of "YouTubers" before that. I went to YT to look for his stuff, and he'd done some collabs with DnP. So I guess I ended up in the phandom because another YouTuber appeared in a medium other than YT.

I was horrified at some of the stuff DnP said fans had done to try to prove their theories. There's a huge difference between writing fic for entertainment, having your own personal theories, and invading someone's privacy to try to get to "the truth." And I heartily agree with your last sentence!

💜 Kimberly⁷ 💜 킴벌리 💜 @letstrytobekind.bsky.social · 14/10/2025

Also, you weren't too old to be part of the phandom. I'm in my 50s and I was very active in the phandom for a few years. 🤭

I felt weird while watching DnP's video, because I never engaged in speculation/debate about their rl relationship (though I had my guess), but I *did* write fic about them, and tried to base my fic in real situations from their lives. I don't think I stepped over the line, but it made me question.

I hope my bias isn't too obvious. 🤭 I tried to make sure all the boys were represented.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'll post you a thread of some of my old favorite pics, since you may not have seen them in a while.

I was only able to see the 2016 and 2017 concerts, but had a great time. I'm glad you're having fun!

I love that ARMY wants so show support by bringing lightsticks to theaters BUT they are meant for venues. They are really blinding in a theater so as much as you love using them please be considerate to those around you. I love HEARING other ARMY in the theater but maybe leave lightsticks at home?

Yeah, the first time I went to a BTS movie in the theater, I brought my ARMY bomb with me (because I'd bought it for the MOTS tour but never got to use it), but it was FAR too bright!

This AI slop showed up on Facebook and made me just laugh. Like ... who are those men???? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm not a Gong Yoo fan in the "hubba hubba" sense, but more in the "wow what an excellent actor" sense. Have you seen Train to Busan?

Healer is still one of my favorite dramas. I've rewatched it a couple of times.

Your very first k-drama was a Gong Yoo drama???? The bar was set pretty high!

I love Coffee Prince! When I first watched it, I was afraid homophobia would be played for laughs, but instead I felt like the whole issue of the male lead's sexuality was addressed in a gentle, thought-provoking way.

I'm getting the chance to go to a Korean grocery store in about a week (there are none where I live, so it's a really special treat), so does anyone have specific things they recommend that I try? Not ingredients for cooking food, just prepared stuff/snacks/drinks.

@jennyt-ok.bsky.social Reminded me of this, so I wanted to share. Did I remember a literal 1-second clip from a Hyundai ad 4 years ago because of the impressive jibooty? Yes, yes, I did. 🤣 youtu.be/OpLbPSGwRLY?...
